This Hot Wheels Was a Complete Write-Off... So I Put It in Acid

Description

This Hot Wheels Nitty Gritty Kitty looked like it had spent decades at the bottom of the ocean.

The body was covered in heavy corrosion, the base was barely recognizable, and everything needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. After an acid bath, fresh primer, a custom Grabber Orange candy paint job, restored chrome, polished glass, and a full reassembly, this classic Redline becomes one of my favorite restorations yet.

Sometimes the roughest cars produce the best results.
