We planted this Grocery Row Garden to grow vegetables, perennials, fruiting shrubs and trees all together. But then we got busy last year and let it go. And boy has it grown! I wanted to take everyone on a tour before cutting this system back for summer and planting cover crops. Even without care the Grocery Row Gardens have really produced some food. With some pruning and mulching, it's going to be amazing. We are growing a good range of species in here, including plums, pears, apples, yams, peaches, nectarines, mulberries, sugarcane, figs, blackberries, gingers, arrowroot, sweet potatoes, trifoliate orange, rose hips, American groundnut, chestnuts and more.
