In this video, I take an in-depth look at the Hurricane Osprey 109 and compare it to the larger Hurricane Osprey 120. While the two kayaks share the same name, they offer different experiences on the water, and after spending time paddling the Osprey 109, I came away with some surprises.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, lightweight kayak that’s easy to transport, easy to paddle, and designed for relaxed days on the water, the Osprey 109 might be exactly what you’re looking for. But there's no such thing as a perfect kayak! And so in this review I’ll cover the strengths, weaknesses, and who I think this kayak is best suited for.
