I’ll probably mention this again in the comments but to those who are reading, NO I’m not serious, this is satire. But YES, the subreddit exists. I just thought it would be fun to poke fun at it. HOWEVER, as usual I enjoy teaching yall something. So yes, the benefits are real. Yes that’s the truth. If you don’t believe me and you are thinking about it, give it a try. It may lead to more self-improvement and self help than you think. This could possibly include confidence as I see many of you seem to want. Look, I know I may just be writing this to a wall, but really. If you are struggling with any habit it’s nice to tackle it head on.
