This Sunday, Jesus warns us about the seed that tries to grow but gets choked out.. not by scandal or grave sin, but by the ordinary pull of the world.
Catholic tradition names three sources of temptation to sin: the devil, the flesh, and the world.
Of those, I'd argue the world is the trickiest to notice and combat... because we are called to steward and ENJOY it!
