I hope you enjoy this little ominous-sounding original Black MIDI composition I made with my friend Declan! Thanks for 60,000 subscribers!
I tried out a couple new things. This is one of the most complicated Black MIDIs I've ever made. True, Cry of the Lone Mountain had more notes at over 1.2 million, but I think this MIDI, especially for its size, has a huge number of tracks - 76 - in fact! The prodigious amount of tracks is in part due to coloring and layering. This is also the first time that I've utilized all 16 channels (with channel 10 being used for silent notes and note art)! I also experimented with drawing images and text with notes. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this MIDI and video! Watch the video in 4K60 for the best experience possible! :)
And since it's summer break now (finally!), I have time to actually carry out the projects I've always wanted to do. I currently have the following planned (in order of planned completion):
• Koyoi mofumofu!! (OP from the anime Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-San / The Helpful Fox Senko-San)
• Fox Spirit Matchmaker OP 3 Full
• Kagamine Rin & Len - Electric Angel
Koyoi mofumofu!! and Fox Spirit Matchmaker OP 3 Full will most likely be smaller, melodic-centric Black MIDIs. Electric Angel, on the other hand, will most likely be a fully-fledged Black MIDI with the Korean standard of 100,000-200,000 notes. Who knows though, swirly note art seems to fit really well in the chorus part of FSM OP 3.
