Here’s something interesting: the Earth has its own electrical charge, and when you stand barefoot on natural ground, your body becomes electrically connected to it.
So how can you actually practise grounding?
- If you have a garden nearby, walk barefoot on grass or moist soil for 10–20 minutes.
- Have a busy job? Make it a weekend habit. Go to a park, take your shoes off and sit or walk on the grass for a while.
- You can also walk barefoot on natural sand if you live near the beach.
And you don't need to make this complicated.
Just take your shoes off and spend some time with your feet on the Earth.
