► In December 2019, James Paton disappeared during a routine dog walk through the rugged Scottish Highlands. Last seen at a filling station in Beauly, Jim drove to the dense and isolated Ruttle Woods. Within hours, searchers discovered his car parked on a remote farm track with his loyal dog still waiting safely inside, but Jim had disappeared without a trace. Despite exhaustive efforts by mountain rescue and dive teams in the fast-flowing River Beauly, not a single piece of physical evidence has ever been found.
