Description
In this episode, I talk about one of the earliest contradictions in my life - being painfully shy, overwhelmed by anxiety, and terrified of being seen… while also craving the stage, the spotlight, and the chance to sing.
This story covers my first school auditions, the confusion of social cues, losing my grandmother, and how ADHD and autism pulled me in opposite directions even as a child. It’s a memory that shaped my identity, my relationship with performance, and the way I learned to mask parts of myself just to belong.
If any part of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your experiences in the comments.
Thank you for being here.
