In this episode, Hyun Jin Kim pays tribute to Kim Jung Gi, sharing his perspective as someone who witnessed his extraordinary life up close, as a manager, publisher and, most importantly, a close friend.
Hyun Jin Kim is an art instructor, illustrator and painter. He first met Kim Jung Gi in 2001 and together they founded Superani.
In 2007, he established a publishing branch under the same name. Since then, he has worked with more than 60 artists, many of whom are also close friends.
Hyun Jin served as Kim Jung Gi’s head manager and played a key role in the production and publication of the entire Kim Jung Gi Sketch Collection. Today, he continues to work closely with Kim Jung Gi’s family, helping preserve and carry forward his legacy.
