The Short Putt Drill That Builds a Repeatable Stroke | Martin Chuck | Tour Striker Golf

Tour Striker Golf Guide 4 days ago

Description

Do you miss short putts because your stroke changes, your head moves too early, or you simply don’t have a repeatable routine? A simple cadence can add much more structure to your putting stroke.

In this Monday’s with Marty lesson at the Tour Striker Golf Academy, Martin Chuck helps a student build a reliable short-putt routine using a simple “Ready, 1, 2, 3, 4” count.

Martin first uses a Sharpie line and a much smaller target to help the student validate the putter face and improve aim.

From there, each number has a job: start the backstroke on one, return the putter through the ball on two, keep your eyes down on three, and only then look up on four.
