From its spacious cabin and comfortable seating to its smooth full-size sedan design, the Caprice PPV remains one of the most unique retired police vehicles on the road today. After the wash, the black paint shines, the cruiser looks refreshed, and it’s easy to see why enthusiasts still love these cars.
