The new Arkan Blade has officially dropped with the Varlamore update! This weapon requires 60 Attack and completion of The "Final Dawn" quest to wield. Its special attack costs only 30% special attack, grants a 50% accuracy and damage boost, and also applies a burn effect called Flames of Ralos.
If the special attack hits, it applies a burn that deals 10 damage over 40 ticks (24 seconds), slowly wearing down your opponent. The burn effect rolls against the target’s slash defence, making it even more effective against lower defence builds.
