Description
😮💨 Is your neck compressed and painful after hours of looking at a screen? Doctor of Physical Therapy, Karena Wu (IG: https://www.instagram.com/activecarephysicaltherapy/) shows you a simple neck decompression move to create space between your vertebrae and relieve neck pain.
Here's how to do it:
✊ Make a soft fist and place the back of your hand softly against your throat.
🤚 Place your other hand on the top of the back of your head.
⬇️ Drop your chin down toward your chest.
⬆️ Pull your head up and over your fist to decompress the vertebrae.
⏱️ Hold 10 to 30 seconds.
