Should you use Agent Zero? Reach for it if you want a flexible agent with access to its own computer, and skip it if you just want something running quietly in the background on scheduled tasks.
It's one of the most flexible on the list: its own isolated, sandboxed machine means it can tackle complex tasks and write code or run bash commands without touching the rest of your server. It's also very transparent, you can see exactly what it's doing, down to the sub-agent calls.
The cons: it can wander off on vague tasks, and it burns a lot of tokens since it writes code for basically everything.
