In Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory me and millions of others experienced a reality where Charlie received a Chocolate bar for his birthday with the chance of getting a golden Ticket. He didn't receive the ticket but instead broke off pieces of the bar and shared them with the family.
It is totally different in this reality now.
