Description
In November 2011, federal agents descended upon a warehouse in San Diego, California. What they discovered beneath the concrete floor, would shatter every belief American law enforcement had about the Mexican cartel and drug smuggling. This was no ordinary smuggling operation – it was an engineering marvel that had transported tons of narcotics right under the noses of American authorities - and at the center of it all, was José Villalobos, also known as, The Lord of the Tunnels.
