If you miss an item, you can collect it via chapter select or during a New Game+ playthrough. You don't need to have all collectibles in the same manual save - they are stored on your profile that spans across ALL playthroughs. Chapter select keeps track of collectibles and needs to be shown as complete in order to obtain all collectible related trophies. There are a total of 286 collectibles. Following this walkthrough will get you 100% game completion; all collectibles and all trophies.
