I used to have this review system called SCREW/LONG LIVE. There was no real science to it, but basically if I hated a game, or if I felt like it was meh, then it'd get a SCREW rating. If I really liked it or thought it was worth your time, it'd get a LONG LIVE. This one, I really think deserves an LL, but boy I am NO GOOD at it. Just feels like I've been tossed in the deep end! If there was, like, a couple of minutes longer between waves (and for all I know there's a difficulty slider, I never checked) then maybe we'd be in good shape.
Also, this is a December video. Whoops. Over the holidays I had it in my head I'd put together some REAL WINNING VIDS whenever my kid had a nap, and get them to you guys ASAP. Didn't turn out that way - the previous two vids, this one, and the next couple, are all garbaggio. I'm just not good at this stuff, or very funny either! So I don't know where that leaves the channel. I have this backlog of about 900 games to play and 300 songs to cover, and as hokey as this operation has always been, I still enjoy it too much to bail.
Advice is appreciated. PS. I really do think it's a great game.
