GameCube trailers, a Shigeru Miyamoto interview and reactions from the trade show floor! This is GameWave DVD Volume 13, a Japanese promotional disc that dropped about two weeks after the Nintendo GameCube hit shelves.
Trailers include numerous launch titles as well as Doshin the Giant and Cubivore. Two of the games that escaped the N64DD graveyard and were reborn on GameCube.
For the sake of this YouTube video, I’ve only included the main GameCube sections. But there’s a lot more in the disc files. For example, there's a sit-down interview with the Takahashi brothers, the guys who built Camelot - the studio behind the Mario Golf and Mario Tennis series, Golden Sun, and earlier, the Shining Force games.
