We had them right where we wanted them… and completely blew it.
In the first setup, two turkeys worked their way in close. I had a misclick and my buddy missed his shot. Just like that, the opportunity was gone.
But that wasn’t the end of the hunt.
Later on, two big toms came in, and this time we made it count. What started as a frustrating miss turned into one of those hunts you don’t forget.
This is turkey hunting.
