I'm normally not this confident about anything but I stand by the title of this video. let me know if I should do more cooking videos!
what you'll need:
spaghetti obvi (or pasta of your choosing)
tomato paste
shallots
a veggie of your choice, my faves: mushroom and zucchini
butter
basil: fresh, dried, or my favorite "lightly dried"
a lil oil from mozzarella balls (I know weird trust me)
cheese if you want
(save pasta water from cooking to use in sauce, or you can use your choice of milk instead)
