Ayahuasca is a sacred plant medicine traditionally used in ceremonial practices
by Indigenous peoples of the Amazon. This content is shared with deep respect
for the ancestral wisdom, spiritual traditions, and cultural sovereignty
of the Shipibo people, and in accordance with the legal context of this practice in Peru.
This footage sat on a hard drive for more than seven months! One year later... I am finally sharing my experience drinking Ayahuasca for the first time.
We sat in a total of four ceremonies throughout seven days, and although it was a very personal experience and quite challenging to explain or describe, I did my best to share my experience honestly, authentically, and from my heart for the purpose of sharing what I learned so that it may support you on your own journey in whatever way that may be.
