Description
Tamping is a crucial step in prepping your puck. A few key things are important:
1. Leveling the grounds and applying even pressure to avoid channeling and uneven distribution.
2. Applying enough pressure to compact the grounds so that if you flipped the portafilter upside down, the puck would stay in place.
