Surfing Oregon. The phrase sounds like a novelty unto itself. But that's not entirely true anymore. Surf culture in Oregon has changed rapidly as the pursuit has grown in the Pacific Northwest. The state, and the region, is now home to some talented surfers, thanks to an abundance of resources. Surfers like Taylor Tice, part of the healthy Newport surfing fabric, along with brother Trevor, and dad Kirk. All of whom have surfed competitively at a high level.
