This tiny house has big vibes! It was designed with a really unique layout that gives it some serious retro vibes. The elevated Queen bed is tucked away behind a lovely curved arch, and that elevation gives the living room the feel of a '70s style sunken living room (or conversation pit). The L-shaped couch was custom built and has recessed LED lights below to add ambiance, as well as a tiny wood stove for extra heat (there's also a heat pump!).

This tiny house is 24 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. It can be built on wheels, or on a steel frame. This one is on a steel frame that can be easily transported on a flat bed truck. The overall height when on a truck is 13.5 feet.
The kitchen is compact but functional and includes a mini fridge, a 2-burner stovetop, stone sink, and a toaster oven, as well as loads of storage in the upper cabinets and in the island. There's also a curved counter overhang to use as a little eating nook.
The bathroom has a super small toilet and sink, but a massive 3'x3' tiled shower with a recessed shelf with LED lights. Pure luxury!
This tiny house is built with insulated panels which are basically a sandwich of OSB, insulation, and OSB. These panels provide both the structure and the insulation, and they have a high R-value without taking up too much precious square footage inside the house.
The interior finishes are natural materials as much as possible, including wood walls, cork floors, quartz countertops, and a stone sink.
