Yeh bohat hi quick aur delicious desserts hain jo aap party, guests ya family ke liye easily bana sakte hain.
*Ingredients*
Eggs – 4
Sugar – 130 g
Flour – 130 g
Cocoa Powder – 30 g
Baking Powder – 4 g
Oil – 20 g
Method
Eggs aur sugar ko achi tarah beat karein jab tak mixture fluffy na ho jaye.
Flour, cocoa powder aur baking powder sift karke mixture mein fold karein.
Oil add karke gently mix karein aur batter ko tray mein daal dein.
170°C par 20–25 minutes bake karein.
Sponge thanda hone dein aur cubes cut kar lein.
Chocolate Sauce
Chocolate – 400 g
Milk – 100 g
Chocolate (Chung’s)
Cream aur milk ko heat karein phir chocolate add karke smooth chocolate sauce bana lein
Whipping cream 400g
