*Ingredients*
2 Eggs
110 g Oil
65 g Milk
65 g Yogurt
230 g Sugar
Few drops Vanilla essence
1 pinch Salt
210 g Flour (Maida)
40 g Cocoa powder
4 g Baking soda
7 g Baking powder
110 g Garam pani
Chocolate Fudge Ingredients
400 g Chocolate
200 g Cream
20 g Butter
Method (Tariqa)
Chocolate Sponge
Bowl mein eggs aur sugar daal kar whisk karein jab tak halka creamy ho jaye.
Ab oil, milk aur yogurt add karke achi tarah mix karein.
Is mein vanilla essence aur pinch salt add karein.
Dusre bowl mein flour, cocoa powder, baking powder aur baking soda sift karein.
Dry ingredients ko batter mein add karke gently mix karein.
Last mein garam pani add karke batter smooth karein.
Batter ko greased cake tin mein daal dein.
Preheated oven 170-180°C par 30-35 minutes bake karein.
Cake ko completely thanda hone dein.
Chocolate Fudge
Cream ko pan mein halka garam karein (boil nahi karna).
Is mein chopped chocolate add karein.
Mix karein jab tak chocolate melt ho jaye.
Last mein butter add karein taake glaze smooth aur shiny ho jaye.
Cake Assembly
Cake sponge ko 2 ya 3 layers mein cut karein.
Har layer par chocolate fudge spread karein.
Upar se bhi fudge pour karein taake drip effect aaye.
Chocolate chips ya chunks se decorate karein.
