A historic summer is underway in Las Vegas.
From Fourth of July celebrations and major sporting events to concerts, conventions, and entertainment, LVMPD is increasing patrols, strengthening intelligence operations, and expanding counterterrorism capabilities to help keep our community safe.
There is currently no specific or credible threat to Las Vegas. Our message is simple: enjoy the summer, stay aware of your surroundings, and if you see something suspicious, say something.
