Description
On June 18 2021, a man in a Dodge Charger led CHP on a chase that began near the 101 in Los Angeles before coming to an end in West Covina off the 10 freeway Vincent exit. According to CHP the man appeared to suffer from mental illness. A spike strip was setup on the Eastbound 10 freeway near the Baldwin Park Boulevard exit. After the successful pit maneuver, his vehicle was disabled and was taken into custody.
