Even thought making the Streets of Rage hack playthroughs is not as satisfying as it used to before this decade, I tried making one just to make sure.
There are few versions of the SoR2 characters with Maximum Carnage characters, but I chose the recent one, that came out last year and updated this year. The one I am playing was made by CapcomAndSegaFan421, where you play as Venom (Eddie Brock) and Spider-Man (Peter Parker) from that exact Marvel video game named Spider-Man and Venon: Maximum Carnage.
You can even fight Carnage, who replaces R.Bear.
