Ingredients:
2 Boxes of Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
⅓ Cup of Cream ( Room Temperature )
7 Medium Eggs
1 Cup of Water
1 Box of Lemon Instant Pudding
1 Box of Strawberry Cupcake Pudding
1 Tbsp. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Drops of Yellow Food Coloring ( Optional )
10 Drops of Red Food Coloring to make the strawberry rich in color
PAM Spray to lightly coat your bundt cake pan
⅓ Cup of Flour to coat bundt pan to keep the cake from sticking
Allow the cake to cool down for 15 minutes before icing the cake.
Icing Ingredients:
⅓ Cup of Cream Cheese ( Soft )
2½ Tbsp. of Water ( Blend well )
After the cake has cooled down, proceed to apply icing to the cake and enjoy!
