Strange lights had been reported on its surface of the moon for centuries. Spacecraft refused to orbit it exactly as expected. The Moon looked dead, but it did not behave as like a dead world should.
Before Apollo we knew little about what the moon was really like but we needed to know what these strange anomalies were before we sent any humans. In this video we look at two of these strange phenomena.
