Sterilise bottles by boiling them (how to)

Super quick how to video for home brewers who need to sterilise their bottles.
This way has several advantages over chemicals; water can be used in the garden, no poison chemicals, fast, arguably better for the environment.

I have also heard people say tat they use a dish washer.... I may give that a try one day..
