After we had the chance to 'virtually' get together with MTB legend José Antonio Hermida a few days ago, we invited ourselves into the living room of Gunn-Rita Dahle Flesjå to see how she is getting on during the ongoing Coronavirus epidemic. Besides getting a few training tips and ideas of how to stay fit, it was interesting to chat to her about her activity in the community to inspire people to ride their bikes now as well as once we have beaten the virus.
