Just a quick guide on how you can max out the stealth and piloting skills very early on in Starfield; as early as the the second main scenario mission. The stealth farm simply requires that you accept the Mantis side quest during the main mission: The Old Neighborhood and complete sneak attacks on the TYRANNIS floor puzzle turrets in that mission. To quickly level piloting, you need only start and complete the UC Vanguard intro quest: Supra et Ultra and utilize the flight simulator to easily have infinite ships to destroy.
