After almost 2 years I'm FINALLY doing another tutorial!
It's October, and I felt inspired to dress up as a certain mermaid that I see almost every day and everywhere ... the famous Starbucks Siren.
Here I'll show you guys everything I did to create the costume, from the crown to the tail, the makeup, and the final touches.
