1. Cream Cheese French Toast
Ingredients
* 3 bread slices
* 1 egg
* ½ cup milk
* 2 tsp sugar
* 1 tbsp butter
Cream Cheese Filling
* 1 scoop cream cheese
* 2 tbsp water
* 1 tbsp sugar
Method
1. Whisk together the egg, milk, and 2 tsp sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, water, and 1 tbsp sugar until smooth.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture between the bread slices if making stuffed French toast, or use it as a topping.
4. Dip the bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
5. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
6. Cook each side for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve warm.

2. Spicy Chicken Salad
Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
* 250 g boneless chicken, cut into chunks
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp red chilli powder
* ½ tsp crushed red chilli
* ¼ tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp coriander powder
* ½ tsp cumin powder
* ¼ tsp garam masala
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
* 1 tbsp white vinegar
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken.
2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Cook until the chicken is tender and lightly browned.
Salad Dressing
* 1 cup yogurt
* 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
* 2 tbsp green chutney
* ½ tsp cumin powder
* ¼ tsp salt
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Salad Ingredients
* 1 cup boiled black chickpeas
* ½ cucumber, chopped
* ½ onion, chopped
* ½ cup cabbage, chopped
* Cooked chicken chunks
* Prepared salad dressing
Assemble
Combine all the salad ingredients, pour over the dressing, toss well, and serve chilled.

3. Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
* 1 egg
* ¼ tsp salt
* 1 tbsp vinegar
* 250 ml cooking oil
Method
1. Add the egg, salt, and vinegar to a blender.
2. Blend while slowly pouring in the oil.
3. Continue blending until thick and creamy.
4. Refrigerate before using.

4. Chicken Patties
Ingredients
* 500 g boneless chicken
* ½ tsp salt
* 1 tsp chicken powder
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp white pepper
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* ½ tsp crushed red chilli
* 1 tsp mustard paste
* 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Coating
* Egg and milk mixture
* Plain flour
* Breadcrumbs
Method
1. Mix all the patty ingredients until well combined.
2. Shape into patties.
3. Dip each patty in the egg and milk mixture.
4. Coat with plain flour.
5. Dip again in the egg mixture if desired.
6. Coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
7. Fry or bake until golden brown and fully cooked.

5. Burger Sauce
Ingredients
* ½ cup homemade mayonnaise
* 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
* 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
* ½ tsp mustard paste
* ¼ tsp black pepper powder
Method
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving. Use as a spread for burgers, sandwiches, wraps, or fries.
