In this video I share a very spontaneously prepared speech to the Prescott Valley Town Council. I was guided to do this 2 hours before the meeting started while at the library where the meeting happened to be held. The speech includes information about 2012portal (intelligence hub for the Resistance Movement), plantary liberation, the long-awaited Golden Age, the Galactic Confederation (Pleiadians included), Black Nobility Families and much more! Prescott Valley and Prescott are close together but have their own councils.
