I somehow still continue this project! I hope you're enjoying so far!
If we're going nostalgia, it's time for another blast from the past!
So, there's nobody out there who didn't hear that an Inuyasha sequel has been announced... I thought I'll cover a song from Inuyasha, but I really didn't want to go with the standard "Change the World" or "Fukai Mori" that's been iconic, but... I feel like I heard them enough XD
So I decided to cover a song that has a special place in my heart...
In episode 124 of Inuyasha there was an insert song (the only one in the original anime), I won't go into the scene in case there's someone who didn't, but the arrangement of this song by Kaoru Wada that merged with Kikyou's Theme (and that Erhu, oh, that Erhu ;;) was brilliant and hit the spot... and made this song so strong and important in this scene.
So yes, the song I cover this time is "Sotsugyou ~Sayonara wa Ashita no Tame ni~" originally by Tackey & Tsubasa (the original was a standalone song for a CM, and got later re-arranged for Inuyasha).
