Today's recipe is Korean Bakery Style Chocolate Cake 😍 Recipe By Chef Hafsa
you'll need following ingredients
4 eggs
100g sugar 1/2 cup
1tsp vanilla essence
2tbsp oil
80g flour 1/2 cup
20g cocopowder 1/4cup
bake at 180C for 30-35 min
sweet whipping cream 1 cup
2tbsp strawberry jam
2tbsp cocopowder mixed with 2tbsp water (make paste)
add icing sugar if you need frosting to be sweet
2tbsp dark chocolate melt with 1tbsp milk for chocolate drizzle
strawberries and chocolate for garnish
if strawberries are not in season use cherries or pineapple
