Mike Miz is a Nashville-based Americana singer-songwriter and guitarist from Northeast Pennsylvania whose music has always been inseparable from his story — one that runs through addiction, recovery, and the long road back to himself.
From playing bars at 15 and touring with jazz-fusion group Gongzilla, to entering a recovery house in York, PA and writing some of his most honest songs, Miz has built a catalog that doesn't flinch. His music pulls from Dylan, Ryan Adams, the Allman Brothers, and the coal country he grew up in — raw, road-worn, and real. Since relocating to Nashville, he's recorded at Blackbird and Southern Ground, released Only Human and Maybe Moonlight, and earned his place in a city full of serious players.
