One idea leads to another, which leads to another, which in turn leads to another, ad infinitum...
Got inspired a while back by some "math rock" and came up with a little riff which over time expanded into a full blown arrangement/ production - hence its title "Simply Elaborate". I even hired the exquisite super guitarist Max Ostro to join me🤩
Furthermore, I have this compulsion to always add a little country touch to my stuff, so for fun I changed the main riff chord progression briefly, you´ll hear it 😋 which led to a whole new (upcoming) song, "This Gravel Road", a duet of sorts feat. Annsofie Lindström - which in turn led to compiling stuff I have previously recorded with Annsofie. Those songs, in a newgrass/ "country something" style, will be released in April as well 😊
