Follow me on my #ShopForOthers around Sainsbury's Sidney Street where I pick up a selection of non-perishable food items, toiletries and toys to put in the donation bin in order to help brighten a million Christmas's.
Doing a #ShopForOthers is an easy way to help local charities whilst going about your everyday routine, most of us do a weekly shop or even smaller daily shops so picking up a basket and shopping for other people instead of yourself is simple.
If you would like to help support #ShopForOthers but can't afford a whole shop, just picking up one extra item and donating it will be very much appreciated.
Sainsbury's are working with thousands of local charities who will be collecting the items placed in the donations bins and then distributing them to local communities in time for Christmas!
