Security camera footage obtained by the Globe from a business near where the shooting happened show a white sedan driving aimlessly in circles in the intersection of Hill and Pool streets.
A white SUV with flashing lights then rams into the smaller car at least twice, stopping it. Two people who appear to be federal agents and wearing bulletproof vests come out from behind the SUV, approaching the driver’s side of the sedan. At least one of the agents seems to draw something from his waistband, pointing at the driver’s seat window.
