Most people plan a window replacement weeks in advance. I decided to do it in the four-hour window while my wife was at work. Why? Because she told me not to touch it until next year... and I just couldn't wait.
In this video, it’s a total race against time. I’ve got to rip out the old frame, prep the opening, fit the new unit, and—most importantly—clean up every speck of dust before the car pulls into the driveway. If I fail, I’m sleeping in the shed.
