The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 9 Ultra could feature a major display upgrade! According to ZDNet Korea, Samsung Display is developing new Center Etched Thin Glass (CTG) technology designed to make the folding crease significantly less noticeable.
The technology uses thinner glass around the folding area while keeping the surrounding glass thicker and stronger, potentially creating a flatter, more seamless display. It could be ready for Samsung's 2027 foldables, although its inclusion in the Galaxy Z Fold 9 Ultra hasn't been confirmed.
