The last playthrough in ExtraPythons's (aka 120Pythons's) and PPI_Akiko's Streets of Rage 2 hack with the Sailor Moon characters named "Senshi Wars: Beryl's Revenge".
This time I am playing as Sailor Neptune. She is one of the most OP playable characters besides Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Mercury, especially if she replaces Shiva. You can spam either an offensive special or the defensive one. You can even block the attacks.
