Description
A museum full of British motoring history, two grown men behaving like children, and a convertible Ford Fiesta neither of us expected to fall for.
Recorded at Great British Car Journey, this episode takes us from genuine nostalgia to some surprisingly serious questions about what Britain will be putting in car museums twenty years from now.
We play our homemade car Top Trumps with Escorts, Sierras, Astras, Land Rovers and assorted childhood heroes.
We discover trafficators, ambitious speedometers, questionable lilac interiors and the gloriously named Ford Fiesta Fly. - And we ask which modern British-built cars might actually deserve a place alongside this lot in years to come.
