How do you lookahead with the Roux Method? In this video, I explain how the Roux Lookahead Process works and go over the 3 Pillars upon which the Lookahead process for any method balances. Get these 3 things right, and you're on your way to having impeccable lookahead with any method (I use Roux for illustration purposes).
